Five hours after I first called Airport Auto, I put down a payment with remaining fair financing and drove off the lot with the exact type of car I wanted. I’ve had my car (2012 Honda Civic) for two months now and I’m still happy with the purchase/experience. Specifically, Maricela was incredibly helpful in listening to what I both needed and wanted. When my Uber pulled into the lot, the car she picked out based on our conversation was pulled and waiting for me in the front. She was professional, smart, fair, informative, and reassuring in the most transparent way at every step. I cannot describe how much that meant to me and I really appreciated her effort and attention. Each interaction I’ve had with anyone working here since has been a positive experience and they seem like a great team. The payment set up is easy, and again, super fair. This was a great option for me as someone who does not use credit cards and therefore has a lack of credit history. Thank you again!!

I bought my vehicle back in 2022. I left a good review then because I had a great experience with the sales representative who sold me the vehicle. I wanted to come back and post another great review about my experience throughout the process, I just recently paid off my vehicle, I never had any issues throughout the entire time that I was making payments. Never had any mechanical issues with the car. I did have times where I knew my payment was going to be late and I communicated that with Airport Auto sales and they worked with me to make the payment. The car is still running great and I am going to pick up the title tomorrow. I just wanted to leave this feedback here so that others can see that the process is easy.

Outstanding experience, very polite and they work with you, to make sure your needs are met. I will definitely recommend anyone I know to shop with Airport. If credit is a problem, they make sure that it's no longer a problem when it comes to getting wheels, and getting you back on the road, not to mention the whole process took less than 2 hours unlike those other car dealerships. Airport is A1 in my book..
